While doing this, we hold paramount the fundamental cannons set forth by the Board of Professional Engineers.

4Site Engineering is a minority owned consulting engineering firm, which specializes in Site Development, Hydrology, Hydraulics, and Roadway Design. Originally founded as L&G Engineering in Houston in July 2002, the firm has provided consulting services for large and small residential developments, small commercial developments, new and upgraded roadways, and regional flood control.

The staff at 4Site Engineering has over 40 years of combined engineering experience. Our key members steadfastly apply the Engineering Standard of Care to each and every assignment. This is maintained through continuing education, communication with governing entities, and active participation in Professional Societies. Also, this is maintained by employing the latest technologies and methodologies that promote accuracy and efficiency in our design efforts. These attributes ensure our client's projects are completed in a timely and economical fashion.

4Site's clients include developers, land owners, engineering firms, and legal entities chartered to manage flood control.

4Site Engineering currently provides drainage plan review services for the Cities of Manvel and Iowa Colony in Brazoria County, and the Cities of Katy and Brookshire in Fort Bend County.
