SCHEDULE OF SERVICES : RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT

Land Planning - Initial review of detention/flood control reserves to increase accuracy of lot yield estimates.

Master Drainage Studies - Provide detailed and complete detention and flood plain mitigation analyses and reports. Provide custom flood control and water resource management structure designs.

Regional Flood Control - Complete subwatershed and existing channel updates. Design inline or offline flood control facilities, including overflow weirs, partial retention structures, and diversion structures.

FEMA - Prepare Analyses and Reports to secure CLOMRs, CLOMR-Fs, LOMRs, LOMR-Fs, and LOMAs. Manage PMRs.

TCEQ - Dam Safety Reports, TPDES New and Renewal Permits, CCN Transfers.

Construction Drawings - Prepare complete construction drawings of detention basins and other flood control facilities, secure approvals.

Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) - Prepare complete report and implement SWPPP measures into construction drawings.

Storm Water Quality Management Plan (SWQMP) - Prepare complete report and implement permanent SWQMP measures into construction drawings.

Contract/Construction Phase Services - Prepare contract documents and specifications, secure bids, provide construction observation and manage pay estimates and project completion.

Amenity/Recreational Lakes - Design of Dams and Static Concrete Spillways. Design Lake layout and bottom per intended use. Prepare Dam Safety Reports for TCEQ. Coordinate with Environmental consultant to secure TCEQ permit.
